Summer Weight Loss
Weight loss in the summer can be both an advantage and a disadvantage.
Summer weight loss is made much easier by the varieties of fresh fruits and vegetables that are available. Light meals with fresh fruit and salads that are simple to prepare are great on warm summer days.
One big advantage of weight loss in the summer, is that it’s a great time to get in a lot of walking, because walking if done right, is by far the best exercise for burning fat and rebuilding your Metabolism.

However if you live where it’s very hot in the summertime, then pick the coolest times of day if possible if you still want Summer weight loss, like early in the morning or in the evening. Don’t overdo it, consider your foot wear, and start slow if you haven’t been walking much in a long while.
You just have to make a little commitment and then follow through for some serious summer weight loss.
